For more than 10 years, Georgian College’s Jibfest has marked the start of the shred season in Ontario. Fourteen of Ontario’s top amateur riders dusted off their gear on October 29, 2011, and came out to fight for the crown of Jibfest champion. From the get go, it was clear that most of the riders were strapping in for the first time of the season as everyone was having difficulty riding away from their tricks.
