The night before the flight I met up at best man Kyle Talor’s house as our flight was the 1st one out of YYZ. Shot them working on the speech and downed a few cold ones before a nice long 2 hour nap before the flight.

    Soon after arriving at the airport I could tell this was going to be a non-stop party, both family and friends were hitting the Duty-Free at 6am. The whole week was amazing, great snorkeling, night time beach jam sessions and a never ending party at the pool bar. Same is to be said about the wedding day. Mike and Karen were great to work with, they were down to try anything and didn’t mind getting a little dirty for the shot.

    It was a rocky start though…

    A bus with all wedding guests was waiting for me outside as I was being interrogated by a Cuban customs agent who spoke only one word of English, no. Took 30 minutes to convince him I wasn’t a threat. So after holding up a bus full of people I hadn’t met yet I kept quiet for the first few hours, haha. From there on out the week was amazing. Good beaches, catamaran trip, Havana tours and a full humidor.

    Glad to have been able to celebrate this great trip with their family and friends. Congratulations Stephanie and Travis.

I always love working around the Mountain, I know the area and everywhere you go there are great places to work with.

    With the second set of hands.. and eyes of Erika Hanchar from Rowell Photo, this was a great day and I was very pleased with what we got out of it.

This caused a but of a problem when I really wanted to shoot the wedding… so I called in Erin Helstern to take over the clicking while I stood with my good friend Jordan.

    Amanda Burmania and Jordan Burke tied the knot at the Burmania residence this past weekend in part one of a two part wedding. The second being an all inclusive in the Dominican Republic which will be EPIC.
